  • Monday, 6:30 AM - Somatic Flow: Start your week with a session focused on five essential mobility exercises, designed to help you regulate your nervous system and ease into your week.

  • Wednesday, 6:30 AM - Core & Glutes Flow: Strengthen your power house. A flow a workout targeting your core and glutes, helping to protect your knees and improve overall stability.

  • Friday, 6:30 AM - Full Body flow: Build muscular strength and balance with a pilates flow circuit-style workout, incorporating weights and resistance bands for a full-body challenge.

  • Saturday, 7:30 AM - Somatic Flow: Destress and start your weekend with a session focused on five essential mobility exercises, designed to help you regulate your nervous system and ease into your week.
